Award nomination and voting, and copy writing!

It’s been a minute, hey? Sorry about the radio silence during the holidays and all of January, but I have lived up to that most Terminator-y of promises and I am back.

So, the big news is that Siegfried: Dragon Slayer is nominated for Best Graphic Novel (2022) at the Sequential Magazine Awards.

But, we (myself, Jasmine - illustrator, and Elaine - letterer) need your help to win; as this a votes-equal-wins type of award show.

In other news, I’ve started offering professional copy writing as one of my freelance “for hire” services, in everything ranging from ad copy to product descriptions to website copy and everything in-between.

A long term professional client, so far, has been Wilson’s Lifestyle Centre in Saskatoon, the majority of the product copy for their Home Decor, Tropicals (tropical plants), and Pets sections has been either entirely written by me or proofread and edited by me. See their website here.
